Slack Integration

Add your AI assistant to Slack workspace.

Prerequisites

• Slack workspace
• Flaxu account
• Workspace admin permissions

Setup Steps

1. Create Slack App

1. Go to Slack API
2. Click "Create New App" → "From scratch"
3. Enter name and select workspace

2. Configure Bot

1. Go to "OAuth & Permissions"
2. Add Bot Token Scopes:
   • chat:write
   • im:history
   • im:read
   • im:write

3. Install to Workspace

1. Go to "Install App"
2. Click "Install to Workspace"
3. Authorize
4. Copy Bot User OAuth Token

4. Connect to Flaxu

1. Go to Flaxu Dashboard
2. Click "Add Integration" → "Slack"
3. Paste your Bot Token
4. Click "Connect"

Usage

• DM the bot directly
• Mention in channels: @YourBot hello

Troubleshooting

Bot not responding?

• Check OAuth scopes
• Verify token is correct
• Reinstall app if needed

Can't DM the bot?

• Go to "App Home" and enable "Messages Tab"
