Telegram Integration

Connect your AI assistant to Telegram in minutes.

Prerequisites

• Telegram account
• Flaxu account

Setup Steps

1. Create a Telegram Bot

1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
2. Send /newbot command
3. Enter a name for your bot (e.g., "My AI Assistant")
4. Enter a username (must end with bot, e.g., myai_assistant_bot)
5. Copy the API Token that BotFather gives you

2. Connect to Flaxu

1. Go to Flaxu Dashboard
2. Click "Add Integration" → "Telegram"
3. Paste your Bot Token
4. Click "Connect"

3. Start Chatting!

Find your bot on Telegram and send a message. Your AI assistant is ready!

Bot Settings (Optional)

You can customize your bot via BotFather:

/setdescription - Set bot description
/setabouttext - Set about text
/setuserpic - Set profile picture

Troubleshooting

Bot not responding?

• Check if the token is correct
• Make sure the bot is connected in Flaxu dashboard
• Try /start command

Messages are slow?

• This is normal for first message (cold start)
• Subsequent messages should be faster

💡 Pro Tip

Enable "Inline Mode" in BotFather (/setinline) to use your bot in any chat with @mention.
