Solutions:
- Check Flaxu dashboard for connection status
- Verify token is correct
- Reconnect the platform
- Check if you have remaining credits
Connection keeps dropping
Symptoms: Frequent disconnections.
Solutions:
- Check your server's internet stability
- For WhatsApp/Signal: Keep your phone online
- Regenerate and update tokens
QR code not working
Symptoms: Can't scan or QR expires too fast.
Solutions:
- Refresh the page
- Use a stable internet connection
- Scan within 60 seconds
- Try a different browser
Response Issues
Responses are too slow
Causes:
- Cold start (first message)
- Complex queries
- High load
Solutions:
- Wait for initial warmup
- Simplify questions
- Try again in a few minutes
Responses are wrong or weird
Solutions:
- Clear conversation context
- Rephrase your question
- Check your system prompt
- Reset to default settings
Bot sending duplicate messages
