Connect your AI assistant to WhatsApp.

Prerequisites

• WhatsApp account
• Flaxu account
• Computer for initial setup

Setup Steps

1. Go to Flaxu Dashboard

1. Open Flaxu Dashboard
2. Click "Add Integration" → "WhatsApp"

2. Scan QR Code

1. A QR code will appear
2. Open WhatsApp on your phone
3. Go to Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device
4. Scan the QR code

3. Ready!

Your WhatsApp is now connected. Send a message to test it.

How It Works

Flaxu uses WhatsApp Web protocol to connect. Your messages are:

• ✅ Processed in real-time
• ✅ Never stored on our servers

Important Notes

⚠️ Keep Session Active

Your phone must have internet connection for WhatsApp Web to work. If disconnected, you'll need to re-scan the QR code.

Troubleshooting

Connection drops frequently?

• Keep your phone connected to Wi-Fi
• Disable battery optimization for WhatsApp

QR code not working?

• Refresh the page
• Make sure you're using the latest WhatsApp version

Messages not sending?

• Check Flaxu dashboard for connection status
• Re-link if necessary
