By using Flaxu, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use our service.
Definitions
- "Service" - Flaxu platform and API
- "User" - You, the person using Flaxu
- "Content" - Messages, data, and materials you provide
- "Assistant" - AI chatbot created through Flaxu
Account
Registration
- Provide accurate information
- Keep credentials secure
- One account per person
- Must be 13+ years old
Responsibilities
- You're responsible for account activity
- Notify us of unauthorized access
- Keep contact info updated
Acceptable Use
You MAY:
- ✅ Create AI assistants for legitimate purposes
- ✅ Integrate with supported platforms
- ✅ Use API within rate limits
- ✅ Customize assistant personality
You MAY NOT:
- ❌ Generate illegal content
- ❌ Spam or harass users
- ❌ Impersonate others deceptively
- ❌ Violate platform terms (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- ❌ Circumvent security measures
- ❌ Resell without permission
- ❌ Use for critical/medical decisions

- You grant us license to process it

- We own Flaxu branding and software
- Documentation under CC BY 4.0
- Don't copy without permission
AI Limitations
No Guarantees
- AI may produce incorrect information
- Not suitable for medical/legal/financial advice
- Human oversight recommended
Model Updates
- AI models may change
- Responses may vary over time
- We'll notify of major changes
Payments
Billing
- Prices as shown at purchase
- Billed monthly or annually
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled
Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee
- Pro-rated for annual plans
- No refunds for API usage
Changes
- 30-day notice for price increases
- Right to cancel before changes
Termination
By You
- Cancel anytime from dashboard
- Data deleted within 30 days
By Us
- For terms violations
- For non-payment
- For abuse
Effect
- Access revoked immediately
- Data deleted per privacy policy
- No refund for violations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We don't guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- Error-free operation
- Fitness for any purpose
Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our liability is limited to fees paid
- We're not liable for indirect damages
- We're not liable for third-party actions
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your content
- Your violations of these terms
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
Significant changes: 30-day notice via email.
Disputes
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Delaware law.
Arbitration
Disputes resolved by binding arbitration, not court.
Class Action Waiver
No class action lawsuits.

- Entire Agreement - These terms are complete agreement
- Severability - Invalid terms don't void others
- Assignment - We may assign; you may not
- No Waiver - Not enforcing doesn't waive rights
